We are delighted to have this lovely litter from healthy DNA tested parents who have fantastic temperaments.
Mum Poppy is a very busy little body & is the daughter of our Import girl from Malta.
Mother is Fawn & Father is Black.
To ensure our puppies will be genetically as healthy as possible, we undertake DNA health testing of Both parents.
ALL Our Pug parents are DNA tested before we breed for:
Pug Dog Encephalitis (PDE)
Pyruvate Kinase Deficiency (PKD)
Primary Lens Luxation (PLL)
Degenerative Myelopathy (DM)
May-Hegglin Anomaly (MHA)
Mother & Father have been tested for ALL the above.
Results are CLEAR for PKD, HUU, DM (Mother is a carrier), MHA, PLL. Results for PDE are N/N which is the best result you can receive for this test. Certificates of these results for both parents can be seen if required.
Mother has also been patella tested 0:0
Our pug babies are raised in our home with our other dogs, & are subjected to all the normal goings on in a busy home.
Temperament is of utmost importance to us along with both parents having excellent health test results.
We do prefer homes with older children & will give preference to homes that will keep them socially active. Pugs are great for partaking in interests such as becoming PAT dogs or Agility/Obedience etc.
Those interested in Breeding must know, that whilst we may have no objections to this, ALL puppies will have their KC registration endorsed 'Progeny not eligible for registration' & this will stay in place until they are at least 2 years old. They must undertake specific DNA/Health tests with results that are not harmful to the breed & that they are recognised as being good, healthy examples of the breed before these endorsements will be lifted.
Puppies will be KC Registered (endorsed), Vet checked, & health certificate given, Microchipped, wormed, 4 weeks free insurance, Puppy information pack including Diet sheet, & supply of food that they have been weaned onto.
We can also give puppy their 1st vaccine, However, to ensure that puppy is not over vaccinated, this will only be done providing your own vets vaccine is compatible with ours.
A sales contract stipulating return to breeder in the event that you are unable to keep him/her will also be given.
